Our ideal candidates
The Noubs is always eager to hear from highly-qualified attorneys, paralegals and legal staff with passion and expertise in the practice of law. The ideal candidate for our team has:
- A degree from an accredited law school (for lawyer positions) and certification appropriate to the title for other positions
- Demonstrated proficiency in one or more of our areas of primary practice and industry focus (corporate law, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution & investigations, IT & innovation, business immigration, tax, intellectual property and general practice) or areas of secondary practice
- Strong analytical, communication and relationship management skills
- Proven success in contributing as part of a cross-disciplinary or cross-functional team as well as in independent roles
- Demonstrated commitment to continued learning and professional development
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in other languages is a plus and desirable given the international client base we serve
